  • My Canadian Pantry sells Canadian food products, including maple syrup to customers in Australia.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.Changes will be effective once posted on our website.

1.2 Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to ensure product  descriptions,images and prices are accurate.

Minor variations in colour, packagingor labelling may occur due to the production or seasonal changes.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

1.4 Orders & Acceptance

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer of purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including due to stock availability or pricing errors.

1.5 Shipping & Delivery

  •  We ship within Australia.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary

My Canadian Pantry is not responsible for delays caused by courriersor external factors.

1.6 Returns & Refunds

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect , please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind on food products.
  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
